How can I "Tab" key to the drop down boxes? When I tab from one field to another (any site), Firefox always bypasses drop-down boxes.

Whenever typing in a series of fields, I use the Tab key to move from one to another. But Firefox always (ALWAYS!!) bypasses drop-down boxes, and just moves to the next field. (I use a Mac, 10.5.8)

Note: In OS X (as of 2005-01), if this preference is not explicitly set, the “Full Keyboard Access” setting in System Preferences will be honored. All builds before that date (e.g., Firefox 1.0.x) will ignore that setting.
