ASPX# screen won't appear.

On my banking site, Bill Pay launches an ASPX# file. Firefox does nothing. No launch, no blink. I have Java version 6 update 20. It works in Chrome just fine. Since trying to launch this page, the bank now thinks the page is open when it's not.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
