I try to select Google, but it's not available in the drop down menu for search engines.

I tried to restore defaults, but the button is grayed out.

I also tried to find Google under get more search engines, but it's not there.

Answers to other questions like mine said to look in "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins\" folder to see if Google was in there. On my computer there is no Mozilla Firefox under C:\Program Files.

You can try to delete search.sqlite and search.json in the Firefox Profile Folder

I don't think there's a problem with adding search engines or anything like that. Google is just gone from the searchplugins folder in the Firefox Profile Folder. Is there a file I can download and put in there?

P.S. Right now I'm using Secure Google Search. What exactly does this do? Just filter out sites with viruses and stuff? Because I could just stick with this then.
