how do I make the bookmarks toolbar a default option when pressing the star icon so that a bookmarked page goes directly to the bookmarks toolbar instead of unsorted bookmarks?

I would like to make the bookmark toolbar a default option so that when I press the star icon once the bookmarked page would go directly to the toolbar instead of the unsorted folder but I can't find out how to do it.
