Windows performed updates this morning and when my laptop restarted I lost 99% of my bookmarks, like mozilla was restored to an earlier point. Help!

I lost most of my bookmarks and saved information when my computer performed updates this morning. I really need that information back, I had tons of bookmarks saved. It is like Mozilla was restored to an earlier point. Can anyone help please?
