Where do you see Firefox/3.0.5 ?

Your user agent looks quite normal for a Firefox 3.6.8 version

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8

So you did update to 3.6.8 and do not have 3.6.6 as you wrote above

See Find what version of Firefox you are using and Web sites or add-ons incorrectly report incompatible browser

Hello,

I am posting this question on my mac. Not on my PC. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; RV:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.0.5 . IT says this at the end rather than 3.6.8. On the top of the about window it says 3.6.8 . Thank you for your help.
