This question has been asked before, and marked closed/solved. The solution was to disable the plugin. That is not a solution to the problem. What can be done to fix the problem of the plugin not working? The plugin works fine in 3.5 and below, but fails in 3.6. Here is a link to the original thread and description.

Any ideas from anyone? I'd love to be able to update Firefox to the latest version, update all my plugins, etc. This program is required for work, and my choice is to use a fast Firefox, or a clunky and slow IE8.
