I want to change the start up page from "pages in Canada" to pages in Australia, How do i do this?

I want to change my search pages back to pages from Australia. It went to get fixed last week and it now says pages from Canada, which is no good to me as i live in Australia.

I've lost my 'Pages from Australia' link on the left of the page after installing Firefox11. Now I can't even find the tool > options button that others have mentioned in solutions for the earlier versions. Firefox is useless to me without local search capability. Any suggestions please?

EDIT: No worries, I've just found how to restore the toolbars which have given me back the tool > options links. Fixed, thank you!
