Whenever I try to bookmark a page, I get the following error code -

unload: [Exception..."Compoment returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nslObserverService.removeObserver]" nsresult: "Compoment returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://trustchecker/content/trustchecker.js :: anonymous :: line 955" data: no

This will happen the first time a bookmark is attempted...the second attempt will successfully bookmark the page. It's getting a little annoying tho...any ideas on this?

I know that this means that the folder is not getting reached by Firefox. I'm not sure how to fix it since its more of a bug rather than a problem open your end. It can be fixed. Have you though about contacting Live Chat Support at Mozilla? We would be glad to give you step-by-step instructions there!

That is a problem with an extension, maybe the ZoneAlarm Security Engine.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
