I used to be able to type the url of specific tracking cookies under the privacy tab, but that possibility now seems to be gone, why?

Under Tools>Options>Privacy tab, until recently, there was a cookies button that allowed you to type into a list the URL of specific tracking cookies that you wanted to block. If any anti-virus scans found any such cookies, I could add them into the list. That was a great option. It seems that list and that option no longer exists. Why

Ah, that's it --exactly what I was looking for. Thanks much for the guidance. I did not remember that being under the Remember History options.
