Customers using firefox (at least on a mac, haven't tested on pc yet) are unable to load our content pages. The pages appear as jibberish (grey diamond framed question marks, etc.). This content loads in every other browser that we've tested. How can I change the format of our website so it loads properly in firefox? Many of our customers are mac/firefox users. Thanks!

The page http://www.redturtlemusic.com/highslide/sample-includes/include-short.htm was saved as UTF-16 (BOM UTF-16, litte-endian) in the text editor, but the main page is saved and send as UTF-8

You need to make sure that all pages are saved with the same UTF-8 encoding to avoid problems in Firefox and upload a new copy of that file to the server.
