This unresponsive script message appears when I click on FF icon to open FF. I have tried both answers ('Continue' OR 'Stop Script') as well as simply closing the error box without selecting either option. After responding or closing the error box, I am able to open FF browser. However this happens each time I try to open FF or change sites. I use Moz's NoScript 2.0.51. I tried updating the plugin and Mozilla said 'Plugin Finding Service Error We've encountered an error. Please try your request again later. Grateful for any help...

This issue can be caused by an extension (bp?) that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
