i have toolbars on my laptopbut they dont showup on my screen

i have installed the following toolbars,,stumbleupon,google,,lastpass,,etc but they wont show up on the screen. they were there up to a few days ago , the show up as being enabled but i cant find them

View > Toolbars - are they in that list? are they check-marked?

yes they are all checked and showing as enabled

no it didnt solve the problem
