Emails and on-line ordr infromation ETC print requests defaults to Fax regardless if its a task bar or document print button. PDF's and grocery coupons print fine. Print prompt comes up, OKed but defaults to fax. Emails and such prints with Explorer.

Like I said things that will not print via Firefox prints using Explorer. No print prompt followed by fax application (the H-P device is a all-in-one printer, fax and copier) after pushing the print OK button.

When you initiate printing a web page thru Firefox, using either File > Print or {Ctrl +P}, is your Printer selected in the Printer - Name box? Or is something like PC Fax selected in that box?

Well I had not checked the printer box default. The problem was for whatever reason the printer default appeared as H-P 5600 Fax, not H-P 5600 Office Jet series only on email associated items other than on-line PDF's or email attached PDF's. Go figure that one.

Thanks for the help. Not sure how the default got changed.

You're welcome. When that setting is changed it will hold until you change it again. Please mark this thread as solved.
