Very simple,

Make sure any files associated with Vuze are closed, then; In windows explorer C:\ look for program files or program files(64) click on program files and look for Vuze Remote and delete this file. Then you can go back to "add and remove programs" and uninstall Vuze Remote toolbar. A message will appear stating that this program is either missing or allready installed and will prompt you if you would like to remove it from this list. Therfore you can say yes yes yes and there you go, no more Vuze Remote Toolbar.

Hope this was usefull.

Hello and Thank you for bothering to suggest a solution; the problem is it didn't work. I followed your instructions to the letter but when I rebooted, I still had the pesky toolbar. If you could suggest another approach I would be grateful, or if Mozilla technicians are reading this I would assert that there are too many of these 'add ons' out there which are malicious and you should be trying to tackle them as a matter of urgency, as it puts people off Mozillla.
