I have had a problem when using Firefox that when I try to click on an item, no link on a page or try to refresh that specific page I get "Firefox not responding". I then go to task manager to exit out of Firefox. When I close Firefox I get a pop up to take me to the KB article for a possible solution. This is what appears in the pop up:

Address a problem with Mozilla Firefox plugin-container Mozilla Firefox plugin-container has stopped working properly.

Hi there support people. Has there been a solution to this issue posted yet? I just had this happen again 5-10 minutes ago. Where can I see the replies and or solution to this problem? Thank you. Henry

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.
