when I type "www." into the search bar, it gives several suggestions. How do I delete these? I've already cleared the history.

Some of the suggested websites are in my bookmarks; I'm fine with these. Others, however, are not in my bookmarks, and I don't want these to pop up as suggestions when I type "www." into the search bar. I've already cleared the history: cookies, site preferences, cache, everything.

If you only want to see bookmarks as suggestions then choose:

Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: Bookmarks
