When I change my firefox persona I am unable to read the font on the toolbars clearly. How do I change the font colour?

I downloaded an add on which changes the text size and type but it doesn't allow me to change the colour. It seems it is possible to change the colour of the text on the actual web page quite easily but nothing else.

What are the default color settings?
I don't know if all personas specify default background and text colors and if they do not then probably the defaults are used.

The default is black. Some personas change the font to contrast with the background colour but the one I want to wear doesn't. I don't want to change my default colour because for web pages I like the text to be black.
