I opened a website that I use daily and the navigation tabs are missing all of a sudden. The website requires that it be accessed through Firefox. I was working with the website without any problems yesterday.

Try clearing your browser cache.

Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
