when navigating away from a page firefox always asks if im sure i want to leave this page

the window will ask if im sure i want to navigate away from this page if yes click ok if not click cancel. it only does it when im on facebook

This issue can be caused by Facebook gadgets.
You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.
If you added or updated gadgets recently then start with those.
