I have installed three different versions of Firefox and they all crash upon opening. I'm on a MacBook and the only thing I had installed on my toolbar was ChaCha Guide because I work for ChaCha.com.

Looks like a problem with plugin scanning.
I'm not sure how to deal with this.

Try to delete the file pluginreg.dat and let Firefox rebuild a new version.

I disabled and removed all of my plug-ins, including the one for ChaCha and it still shuts down as soon as I open it. I also deleted the pluginreg.dat and that didn't seem to do anything either.
