JUST IN CASE THE PREVIOUS SOLUTION DOESN'T WORK, YOU MAY ALWAYS USE YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER TO ACCESS AND UPLOAD VIDEOS TO FACEBOOK. THE INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER DOESN'T HAVE TO BE YOUR DEFAULT BROWSER IN ORDER TO USE IT. IT SHOULD STILL BE ON YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM IF YOUR SYSTEM CAME WITH IT AND YOU MAY FIND IT SIMPLY BY SEARCHING FOR IT AND CLICKING ON ITS ICON.
