more options

i know that in previous versions, you can create a Boolean search of bookmarks, and you can also request to run the search only on URL, Tags and so on. e.g.: find all the bookmarks from the Mozilla.com domain, that were tagged with Language OR l10n OR localization.

but i can't find the instruction for this anymore. is it still possible to make a search like this, and then save it as a Smart bookmark?
