You can copy the files shown in the following link to copy the user data between the 2 computers - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile

The only file you should not copy from that list is mimeTypes.rdf, that one is dependant upon the operating system, the others are not.
