This only started a couple of days ago after I cleared my temp files. [Can't believe that was the reason]. Now when I go back or refresh I get a brief white blank page flash on all sites.

I appear to have solved my own problem by uninstalling APTURE HIGHLIGHTS 1.6. following a standard diagnostic test. No more white flash and now my scroll position is remembered.
