We have created a new website and are hosting the website on the Shaw server. The address is generically www.members.shaw.ca/member/directory. We created a website address for our association by registering our domain address - something like www.associationXYZ.ca The domain registration folks have redirected our domain address to the hosting location address. The favicon can be seen under Tools->Page Info->Media but does not appear beside the bookmark entry?

The redirect address is www.northsaanichresidentsassociation.ca From other info on this subject the problem may be related to the type of redirection and/or missing script to handle the redirection.
