does firefox have an automatic refresh feature

We have a screen up on the wall that is fed by firefox. We would like that screen to be automatically refreshed every 15-30 minutes. Does firefox has this automatic capability setting? We don't want to have to keep going back to the computer and hitting the refresh button.
