When I click on a new tab, firefox will not open a new page. I have already uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and this did not fix the problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks, ladibug.

When I click on a new tab, firefox will not open a new page. I have already uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and this did not fix the problem. When I click on a link, it still opens a new page like it should. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks, ladibug340.

I "Googled" this problem and found that the "Ask" toolbar has a conflict with firefox and the tab buttons. It was suggested that I uninstall the Ask toolbar and once I did, the problem with the tab buttons disappeared! So, there you have the answer to the tabs not opening a new page. Hope this helps a lot of you. Blessings, ladibug340
