Hello--I want my form history to be saved (usernames, passwords, etc), but I don't want to see everything I've ever searched for in Google whenever I start to type in the search bar. It looks like my only choice is to delete everything or keep it all as it is, or am I missing something? I have my browsing history set to stay for 5 days, but it looks like it just keeps searches forever? Thanks for your help.

Hello, thanks, but I mean if I go to the Google website instead of using the little search box in the corner of the screen? It shows everything I have ever searched for, and I would like to be able to delete all those searches but not have Firefox forget all my passwords, etc.

Hello--figured this out. When the list of suggested searched comes up, just scroll down to highlight the ones you want to get rid of and then hit delete.

The http://www.google.com/ site uses autocomplete="off" to prevent storing that data.
The Firefox page http://www.google.com/firefox doesn't use autocomplete="off"

The search filed at the bottom of the results page also doesn't have autocomplete="off".The search field at the top of the results page has autocomplete="off" (I have userContent.css code to see if autocomplete is used).
