In Facebook, ever since the update (both FB and FF) the comment boxes don't expand and the text gets lost. This doesn't happen in IE.

I thought that this was a Facebook problem because it has occurred ever since they made it "hit enter to submit" on their comment boxes. It turns out that this does not occur in Internet Explorer. So the trouble must be in Firefox's newest mini-update.

When I type a comment if I go beyond the standard comment box size the box takes a second before it scrolls to show the text I am typing, but if I go beyond that line it no longer scrolls or expands. This happens 99% of the time.

Update these and then try again.

If the problem persists, try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
