I have attempted to set up Sync on my main machine (OS X 10.6.7). I am unable to get past the main setup screen as my chosen password keeps showing as incorrect when entered. Every time, even when I have it changed. I can log in to the Sync web page when the password is changed, but the Sync preferences will not accept it, even when "updated." I've also deleted my account and started over completely several times. No matter what, my password is shown as "incorrect" whenever I enter it.

What's with this?

I see a bug report (Bugzilla@Mozilla – Bug 649129) that is an identical problem to what I reported above. Report is dated today, April 11, 2011.
