When I downloaded Firefox4, I got a message stating that my Norton toolbar had been removed. How do I reinstate this, please?

As stated above, the Norton toolbar was removed from Firefox start-up page when i downloaded Firefox4. As I use this toolbar as my primary route into my internet facilities, its removal is causing me some aggravation.

Symantec need to update their Firefox add-ons so that they are compatible with Firefox 4. They have released an update for Norton 360 to make it compatible with Firefox 4, for details see http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20100720113635EN&ln=en_US

I do not know about other Norton products, but if you run Norton LiveUpdate it should inform you if there are updates available.

Thanks, Tony,

I got to the stage of downloading the Hotfix tool but can't find how to get it. Please can you advise?

You need to ask Symantec that, I do not use Norton products.
