firefox wont always restart on the home page - goes back to the last page viewed

will close firefox,and when i reopen it, it will reopen on the last page rather than what i have set it up for our home page..

  1. Open the Options window and go to the General panel
  2. Change the setting "When Firefox starts" to "Show my home page"

i've tried that ,it doesn't work :-(
