I have an account with this website, the Star Wars : The Old Republic website. They allow you to under the 'My Account' page, scan your system for a chance in their beta testing program. When I click on 'Update' to run the scan, it does not get to the page where it shows your scanned specs, but instead pops up with a "Scan Error" message. No error code or anything. I know this is a touchy subject since it's not really an issue with FF, but it is an issue with the site coding or Java that needs to be run properly for the scanner, or the scanning software itself.

Thanks.

Still having the same issue...4 days later. I've tried the scan each day since I posted the question; no dice.

Java is updated, so is FF, flash, etc. I've tried this with all add-ons except the necessary ones off. Still nothing.

This is truly a mystery. I'd be surprised to know what the solution could be.

Thank you.
