I recently downloaded a few exe from Canon USA and Arcsoft (purchased software) - all were Verisign certified (I am very careful). Somehow my home pages were changed !!! to Ask.com (something I never use) AND their tool bar was added. After removing all that - I continue to "remove" Ask from the search tool bar and it continues to replace google search. Amazing. ESET security recommends running malware -- but I've already run full scans - I don't think it will matter. Suggestions?
