Hello everyone,

We own www.villagecamps.com and just with Firefox our clients are having problems with our most important page, the SIGN UP form https://www.villagecamps.com/index.php?page=100&lang=eng&camp=&session .

The "Untrusted connection" message that ONLY Firefox among all other browsers reports states: "www.villagecamps.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)".

Our web-domain provider actually addresses the problem exclusively to Firefox, also because our certificates are all correctly updated.

We have also checked with both Firefox 4.0 and 3.6 but the problem remains. As far as operating systems and plugins, we have hundreds and hundreds of clients, therefore this problem applies to all sorts of users.

This is a relevant discomfort to our business, therefore we are looking forward to solving the problem.

Thank you

Your server (www.villagecamps.com) doesn't send a required intermediate certificate (GeoTrust DV SSL CA)

You will have to install that certificate.
