The small box has OK and it has a button that says "ok". I can click on the ok and it disappears, but the next page that loads, it comes back again.

I suspect there is a problem with an extension. For details of how to troubleshoot this to find out what one is causing the problem see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

Tony E. I clicked on the link you provided me and I have tried all options but nothing has helped. I actually got another window that says "prevent this page from creating additional dialog" with an OK button on the bottom. I clicked ok, then the other window comes up for awhile. Occasionally, the prevent this page comes up.

Thank you for your information. I'm not sure why it didn't work when I tried the above solution, but it worked this time. Thanks so much!
