Hi and thank you in advance, when I open a new tab it opens with Yahoo as a bowser, instead of blank. How can I set the new tab to be blank. I have went around in circles trying to resolve this and guess it is simple but I'm missing it.

This will be caused by an add-on. Do you have the freeze net assistant, that one is known to cause this. If you have that one you can uninstall it and Firefox should revert to showing a blank tab.

If you do not have that one, use the procedure in the following link to identify what add-on is causing this - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

Many thanks, that done the job. I don't think I could have found that one. So again my thanks
