Firefox will not allow me to open a new tab by clicking the + (tab) button or by going to" File" - "new tab". Nothing happens. It still opens them if I click on a link in a web page. This feature has always worked in the past. Why has it suddenly stopped working and how do I get it back? Everything else seems fine.
