If there is a URL on a site to go to for more information. When I click to go there, a window comes up with: General Failure, (repeats the site address) and says - The system cannot find the file specified. Then the address I clicked on comes up after that window.

I tried opening Firefox before clicking on links in e-mail. and it works without that General Failure popping up.

Why should I need to open Firefox before my e-mail to stop a very annoying process? I never had this problem until I upgraded to Firefox 4.

Boy how I wish I could go back to the old Firefox because it was so much easier to use. Sometimes progress is not good!!!

I hope there is something that can be done to correct this problem.

Thanks for your response.
