menu bar, roboform and all toolbars are missing after upgrading to Fierefox 5

I upgraded to Firefox 5 and could not get the Roboform toolbar. Then the menu bar went away. I tried restoring with the Alt key as suggested, that did not work. How do I return to the previous version of Firefox? I desperately need the Roboform and to navigate. Thank you

I struggled with this too but I've found the answer. Get the RoboForm Lite Password Manager addon. I thought it only worked for the RoboForm Everywhere, but it works for the regular one too. [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fire.../roboform-online-password-manag/]

Updating to latest version of RoboForm (7.3.2) solved the problem.
