If you can not set the home page using any of the methods in the how to set the home page article, there may be a file (user.js) reseting the home page or there may be a problem with the preferences file (prefs.js). For details on how to fix that see this link - preferences are not saved

Tony, That worked. Need to go into the user.js file and delete the code for the home page. It was preventing me from setting a new page. Never had that problem with IE. Strange that Firefox has this problem. Thanks again.
