When I right click on anything in firefox I used to get a simple contextual menu (bookmark, save, view source, ect...).

Sometime recently I started getting the usual spell check menu showing up even when I am not clicking on words. The words that show up in the menu are completely unrelated to the page or the objects I am clicking on... and what is worse they are now making my contextual menu scroll (the list has been growing). This list of 100+ unrelated words also appear when I do regular spell checking through the contextual menu.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
