I'll click on a reliable underlined link (say, for "www.youtube.com"), and get a blank screen w/message, "Sorry, we can't find 'www.youtube.com'. Please check the spelling of the web address." This happens frequently enough to be annoying, even with links that normally work perfectly.

I have submitted this problem many. MANY times and have yet to receive a solution. Chrome looks better each time

Thanks for your response. I have Chrome on my computer, but haven't tried it yet. What has your experience with Chrome been like -- does it do a better job overall than Firefox? Are there any problems with Chrome a potential user should know about in advance? Thanks again!
