All versions of Firefox include JavaScript and it should be enabled already, unless you previously chose to disable it. Here are instructions to enable JavaScript in Firefox.

If that doesn't help, then the problem with the web site might be that it is not compatible with Firefox. You could try using a different web browser to access the site, or contact the owners of the site for help.
