The chrome folder is not created by default anymore. But the fact that you don't have one means you are not using an old profile.]
The easiest way to get to your profile is through help] or about:support
"Alt+H" (Help) > Troubleshooting Information... > "Open Containing Folder"]
then take Firefox down if you are going to mess with open files.
Actually, i can find the "Profile Folder". The problem is i can not find the file "userChrome.css" on that i want to edit.
You need to create a new text file userChrome.css if that file doesn't exist yet.
If you have an example file userChrome-example.css then you can rename that file.
Make sure that the file starts with an @namespace line.
@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

Is the CSS file not used by that version? Am I missing something?
Any help would be sooooooo greatly appreciated.

The \Mozilla Firefox\defaults\profile\chrome\ folder is the default template folder that is used to initialize a new profile folder.
You need to go elsewhere for the Firefox Profile Folder
