I am trying to download the newest version of firefox and when i drag the firefox to the folder it states that i do not have sufficient privelges to do it

After it is downloaded it asks if i want to replace an existing version, i say yes and then drag the firefox icon to the folder and it staes that i do not have sufficient privileges to this.
