more options

I have 2 profiles already in ff3.6.18. I created a 3rd one and it shows up the first time i pull up the profile mgr., but after i close it out & bring up the p-mgr. again, its not listed. The first 2 are, but not the new one. I've searched this site, but can't find an answer. Any help much appreciated.

That might be related to the profiles.ini file, a text file which is located in the same folder as the \Profiles\ folder in App Data.

There is a much easier way of launching a specific Profile than opening the Profile Manager. Wouldn't be a bad time to learn how to do that now, since the current Profile Manager is going to be removed from Firefox at some time in the near future. My guess is that it may be gone before the end of this year. A new separate Profile Manager XUL Runner is available to replace the current Profile Manager that has been a part of Firefox since the Firefox 0.9 version. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/ProfileManager
