i have an HP Pavilion with Windows 7, Outlook 2007 and Firefox 5.0. since my upgrade to 5.0, i receive the following error message when clicking on a url in an email. message reads:

General failure. The URL was: [here it repeats the URL]. An error occurred in sending the command to the application.

what is the cause? what can be done to correct?

thanks in advance.

I have the same problem after updating to 6.0.2 on Win 7 Pro SP1. Did not have any problems prior to upgrade to 6.0.2. (setting IE as default browser - yuk - allows links to be clicked with no problem)
