I found instructions that said I could remove a "theme" at add-ons management but I can't find a link to that. Please give me the actual LINK and detailed instructions on how I change a "theme" back to regular skin or wallpaper.

You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
